HRGB Promotions is a limited company within the Society, concerned principally with financing the UK's hosting of the International Symposium

Administration of the William Hartley Memorial Fund including agreeing terms of financial loans to teams

Technical aspects of hosting HRGB's websites and email platforms, ensuring web servers, hardware and software are operating properly with appropriate backups and protection against viruses and other attacks

Assistance and guidance to Regional web managers as requested 

Keeping the content of the HRGB web site up to date, useful and accurate

Assistance to users with login difficulties

Administration of the online event booking system
